Megan has had the unique opportunity to develop and nurture a thriving children's and young adult dance  and theater program at the 92nd Street Y for 5 years. In conjunction with MA in Dance Education (Steinhardt NYU), she has learned what it takes to initiate, manage, and grow a successful dance and theater program on any scale (small studio to large Institution). She is thrilled to consult with directors, producers, teachers, and administrators on strategies that will take their educational business to the next level. From lesson planning to mission, parent/teacher relationships to performance and production, Megan has been in the trenches for every decision in the framework and can foster empathic, profitable, community-based functionality. Some of the possibilities for consultations include:

  • Teacher and staff professional development
  • Classroom management
  • Curriculum and lesson planning
  • Community engagement
  • Audience development
  • PR and Marketing
  • Competition involvement and integrity within the system
  • Space and event planning
  • Fundraising and budgeting
  • Mission and branding
